  1. Hub Face to Hub Face: This is the distance from the outside of one hub flange to the outside of the other. For standard 3500 lb configurations, this typically spans 89.5 inches, though customized lengths can range from 60 to 95 inches.
  1. Frame Width: Measure the distance from the inside of one trailer frame rail to the other. Be sure to account for any existing brackets or reinforcements to ensure the axle beam clears the frame without binding.
