Axle Inc. is committed to providing quality automotive parts and excellent customer service. To ensure a fair and consistent process for all customers, the following return policy applies to all purchases made online or in-store.
This policy does not apply to warranty-related returns. For warranty information and instructions, please visit axleinc.com/warranty_returns.


1. General Return Guidelines (Applies to All Purchases)

Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 7 days of delivery (for online purchases).

Eligible Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • Free of damage, wear, and corrosion

  • In resellable condition

  • Complete with all original hardware, components, and accessories

Items that do not meet these standards may not qualify for a full refund.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components

  • Items that show signs of installation or attempted installation

  • Special-order items

  • Custom or modified parts

  • Items marked “final sale”

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Inspection Requirement

All returned products are subject to inspection by Axle Inc. to verify condition and eligibility.

If an item is not resellable:

  • The customer will be contacted and given the option to

    • Have the item returned to them at their expense, or

    • Receive a reduced refund if the item still has usable value.

  • Items deemed not usable can be returned to the customer or recycled by Axle Inc. upon request.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply to the product price only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days after inspection for refund processing.

Fraud Prevention

Axle Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, tampering, installation, alteration, or intentional damage.


2. Online Purchase Returns

Customers who purchase through axleinc.com may return items in one of two ways:

A. Return In-Store

Online orders may be returned to any Axle Inc. retail location within the 7-day return window. Please bring your order number or packing slip.

B. Return via Shipping

Customers may ship their return to Axle Inc. at their own expense.
Important details:

  • Customers are responsible for secure packaging of the return.

  • Axle Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging.

  • Shipping fees are not reimbursed.

  • The return will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.


3. In-Store Purchase Returns

For items purchased at an Axle Inc. physical location:

  • Returns must be made in person, within 7 days of purchase.

  • The same inspection, restocking fee, refund rules, and eligibility guidelines listed above apply.

  • No shipping references apply to in-store returns.


4. Exchanges

Axle Inc. does not offer exchanges. Customers needing a different item may return eligible merchandise for a refund and place a new order.


5. Price Adjustments

Axle Inc. does not honor price adjustments for items that drop in price after purchase.
